Maestro Oleario Selección is an extra virgin olive oil from olives grown in the mountains, early harvested and Cold extraction.. Its fruitiness is mostly that of green olives, with hints of ripe olives. On the palate it is reminiscent of almond and aromatic mountain herbs, with an aftertaste of fresh grass. Very sweet entry, with a balanced, light bitterness and spiciness.
