Payment methods
The buyer agrees to pay at the time the order is placed. The corresponding shipping charges, where applicable, will be added to the initial price shown on the website for each of the products offered.
The receipt or proof of purchase corresponding to the purchase order will be made available and sent by email to the address provided by the User in the Registration section.
The buyer must pay the amount corresponding to their order by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Electron and/or other similar cards), bank transfer or PayPal.
The User must notify OLEOESTEPA SCA of any improper or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by email or by telephone, as soon as possible so that the appropriate steps can be taken.
Shipping costs
This shop's deliveries cover the entire national territory except the Canary Islands, as well as all European countries using the EURO currency. The shipping costs for each destination will be shown during order processing.
Delivery times
The usual delivery time is 24–72 hours, on working days, Monday to Friday.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands.
Should we be unable to meet these deadlines, we will inform you immediately in order to provide a new delivery time. If you do not accept the new time, you may cancel the order and the amount paid will be refunded if payment has been made.
In any case, a delay in delivery with respect to the stated time frames shall not entitle the customer to claim any compensation.
In adverse weather conditions, orders may experience some delay. All deliveries are made to the address provided, with a standard, economical service, delivered during the day, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday and without prior notice; we therefore recommend providing an address where someone is always present during the day to receive the delivery. The parcel will be sent to the nearest Parcelshop to the address provided if, after two attempts, it could not be delivered to the indicated address.
The service provided by the transport agencies is door-to-door, that is, from origin to the door of the building or entrance; it does not include deliveries to a floor other than ground level, so delivery to upper floors or down to basements cannot be guaranteed if safety, accessibility or the volume of the parcel compromise the operation.

When you receive your parcel, you must:
- Check that the goods received are in order at the time of delivery.
- Note any anomaly you see in the parcel on the delivery note, stating your reservations and including your signature.
- Transport providers do not allow the return of the goods if the customer opens the parcel in their presence, but you may inspect the box from the outside, and if you notice that the box is damp or wet, do not accept the order. The transport company will notify us of the incident and we will proceed to send a new shipment at no cost to you.
Returns or product exchange
If you are not satisfied with the items, within 14 calendar days following receipt you may exchange or return the purchases made. First of all, you must inform us by email at trafico@oleoestepa.com and we will tell you how to process the return. The return shipping costs will be borne by the Customer and the Company will refund the net amount of the item.
In that email you must indicate your name, order number and the reason for the return. You will find all this information on the order sheet supplied with the goods. It is essential to provide this information, whatever the reason, in order to authorize the return.
Products must retain their original packaging, unopened and perfectly sealed.
The item to be returned must be correctly packaged for its return.
Warranty
Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the product, or wear caused by normal use of it, are not included in this warranty.
Content and information about the online shop
OLEOESTEPA SCA reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented in its online shop in relation to products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions, at any time and without prior notice.
Data protection
To make purchases in our shop or access certain services, you must register your personal data and choose a username and password that will allow you to access all those areas that require prior identification.
This will prevent you from having to complete them again in the future. This data is incorporated into our database and used solely to process the order and to avoid having to enter it again with each purchase, as well as to send information about offers and news that may be of interest to you, provided you do not indicate otherwise.
The user must keep the password under their exclusive responsibility in the strictest and most absolute confidentiality, thereby assuming any damages or consequences of any kind arising from the breach or disclosure of the secret.
The User undertakes to notify OLEOESTEPA SCA immediately of any unauthorized use of their password, as well as of any access to it by unauthorized third parties.
